WHAT IS XDRILL CHALLENGE?
XDrill is Adelaide's first outdoor fitness BOOT CAMP. We
offer a new and exciting approach to fitness that challenges you, keeps you motivated and best of all, it gets you RESULTS. The program is based on Army fitness drills
combined with elements from Yoga and Pilates to give you a total mind-body
fitness experience!
WHAT KIND OF RESULTS WILL I GET?
By attending XDrill Challenge you will embark on a fitness journey. You
will be able to get your body moving the way it used to when you were
a kid. You will lose fat from all over your body and have fun doing it,
in a team setting. If you pay attention to the eating plan and do your
best to stay on the right path, you will be amazed at what can happen
in 8 weeks. It will decrease the stress and tension you get from the
daily grind of work. You will build your cardiovascular endurance and
your strength as well as your flexibility.
WHAT CHANGES WILL I SEE?
You will see many changes in your body and mind. We will help you get
the most out of your training so you will see dramatic results in your
stamina, strength and overall endurance. You will also decrease your
feelings of stress and tension while increasing your mental clarity.
Our objective is overall wellness for the rest of your life.
WHO DOES XDRILL CHALLENGE?
You do. People like you who want to do something different. People who
may have spent a lot of time behind a desk, building a business or
raising kids and suddenly find that they are out of shape. People who
want more energy to play with their kids, be with their spouse or just
feel better. 98% of our clients come from people they know who referred
them.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE IN THE CLASS?
We are dedicated to keeping class numbers small. There can be between
six to 10 people in a program. And because you are working out with the
same group of people for the entire 8 weeks, you will become part of
a team, and form great friendships.
I HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS - WILL I MAKE IT?
Yes, we do not ask anyone to do more than they can do safely. We take
you from where you are physically, to the best that you can do. We have
seen great results from people who were once couch potatoes and are now
in the best shape of their lives.
ARE THE INSTRUCTORS QUALIFIED?
Yes. All our Drill Instructors are fully qualified fitness professionals,
and have a real dedication to helping you achieve your goals.
HOW IS THE PROGRAM RUN?
The program runs over 8 weeks with 3 training sessions per week - Mon.
Wed. and Fri. Each session runs for 1 hour. Please come in training gear
which is appropriate for the weather. Bring a towel and water. Don't
bring any valuables.
WHERE ARE THE TRAINING SESSIONS HELD?
We have up to three Challenges running at the same time. Morning sessions
in the North-eastern suburbs and morning and evening Challenges around
the CBD. Once you register you will receive a program detailing each
training session's location.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO EAT?
We haven’t forgotten nutrition. Many people have the misconception
that if you exercise, it doesn’t matter what you eat. In fact when
you undertake an exercise program it becomes even more important to watch
what you eat. Your XDrill program includes an 8 week Meal Plan to guide you through
proper nutrition. This includes a sample menu, delicious recipes and
great tips for staying on track.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Each session works out to be only $14.20 (even less if you take advantage
of one of our special offers). That's nearly a
quarter of the price you would pay for a personal trainer. Payments are
made
on registration day, either by cash, cheque, or credit card. If paying
by credit card you have the option to pay in 2 monthly instalments.
