XDrill Challenge
This is our most popular program. This small group, Outdoor Fitness
Boot Camp is designed to make you Leaner, Stronger and
more Flexible!
The program, which is run over 8 weeks, is based on Army Fitness Drills
combined with elements from Yoga and Pilates, to give you a total mind
and body fitness experience. You will be doing obstacle courses, grass
drills, guerrilla
drills, running, strength training, pilates,
yoga, martial arts,
and flexibility work.
Those who complete the program and follow our nutrional
plan have an average body fat loss of 3% - 5%, plus improvement in
strength, speed,
endurance
and agility.
You will push yourself to levels you just wouldn't achieve in the gym
- a great physical challenge. We want you to work hard, but at the same
time we want you to reach your goals. Running, jumping, lifting, climbing,
and crunching; you're going to feel this workout.
We Haven't Forgotten Nutrition
Many people have the misconception that if you exercise, it doesn't
matter what you eat. The fact is that if you exercise with high intensity,
it is very important to eat healthy, nutritous food!
Your XDrill program includes an 8 week Meal Plan to guide you through
proper nutrition. This includes a sample menu and delicious recipes.
Investment
Your total investment in this program is $390. This includes
24 exciting outdoor training sessions. Each session
works
out to be only $16.25. That's nearly a quarter
of the price you would pay for a personal trainer. Payments are made
on
registration
day, either by cash, cheque, or credit card. If paying by credit card
you have the option to pay in 2 monthly instalments of $195.

XDrill Challenge Session
It's Monday morning. Dedicated participants arrive at their next
session. It is 6:00am and still dark. Even if it's pouring down
with rain, these people are committed to achieving their goals.
This morning they meet at Linear Park, on Wednesday it
might be at Elder Park, and on Friday at Botanic Park.
The Drill instructor takes the small group through a warm up and stretches
and then explains the upcoming
workout, which is "The Grass Drill".
The Drill Instructor commands: GO...FRONT...PUSH UPS... BACK. The participants
change positions quickly, testing their reaction time and endurance. The instructor
makes sure they give 100%.
Next they are taken for a jog with several 'strength' stops. First,
dips on the benches, then on the other side of the river some chin ups
on the railing, followed by sprints up and down the stairs. This continues
until they get back to where they started. By now the sun has risen and
they are ready to finish off with some abdominal strength exercises and
flexibility work. Finally they relax with a few minutes of meditation,
breathing in the crisp fresh air and listening to nature's sounds.
It's 7.00am and they are ready to go home, have a shower and head off
to work. Everyone is feeling refreshed, relaxed, full of energy and ready
to do it all again on Wednesday.
